We loved our stay at this hotel here! The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The bell staff/porter were very attentive and made sure our luggage was taken care of. Additionally, the welcome drink was a nice touch. The location was perfect, situated in a pretty upscale neighborhood right in the centre of the city.
As for cons, we did have a minor issue with our room, but the staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

The location was excellent, close to everything including Bourke Street Mall and many nearby cafes that are cheaper. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms werenice and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping was lacking, as we ran out of toilet paper and tissues and had to wait over an hour for them to be replenished.

Great location near top attractions. Complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty. Cozy, clean rooms with daily towel changes. Efficient air conditioning and friendly staff. Convenient check-out time. 👍
